This article addresses cost, frequency, and other aspects of Iris billing.
When you sign up for an account with Iris, you are automatically started on a 14-day free trial. Once that trial is up, Iris is either a monthly charge of $4.99 or a discounted, annual charge of $49.99. The frequency of billing is chosen at sign up.
I chose a frequency of billing, but now I want to switch. How can I do that?
Currently, the frequency of billing can be switched but you must notify us to do it. You can use the built-in chat feature (the blue bubble with the white box in the lower right-hand corner of the meetiris.ai website) or email us at [email protected] and we can make that change to your account.
How do I stop billing?
If you are looking to cancel your account and stop the billing, you’ll need to choose the “My Billing” option in the upper right-hand corner after signing in to meetiris.ai.
Follow the directions on the next screen and your account will be canceled, and your billing stopped.
Can I change my billing date or see when my account will bill again?
You should see your billing date under “Billing Information”. Your billing date is dependent on when you signed up and your free trial ends and is not currently editable.
I need to change the credit card on file. How do I do that?
The last four digits of the card we have on file should be listed under “Billing Information.”
Does installing Iris on more devices change my cost?
No. You can install Iris on all of your compatible devices for the same cost.
