Iris and Your Technical/Other Difficulties.

Why does it take so long for Iris to respond to my chat?

If you send us a message outside of normal business hours (8AM-5PM EST Monday-Friday), it will take until we return to business to answer, plus the time it takes to answer the rest of the questions we received. Generally, the turn around time during business hours is not more than 30 minutes, but depending on when you send the feedback after hours, it may take a couple of days. A question sent on Friday evening after 5, for instance, may not be answered until Monday morning. Know that we are committed to our members and to providing great service, and we will answer as soon as we are able. If you ask a particularly hard question that we don’t have an immediate answer to, you will be made aware that we have seen your feedback and are looking for an answer.

Is the chat feature on the website a bot?

No. When you send feedback from the app or through the chat bubble in the lower right-hand corner of the website, it goes to the Iris team in the form of an email. You will receive an answer from an actual person.

If I don’t like Iris, how do I cancel?

Canceling Iris is easy, but there is only one way to do it: you must sign in to your account at meetiris.ai, click on the “My Billing” tab, and choose “Cancel My Account”.

Will this affect my ability to see non-porn sites?

If there is pornography on a non-porn site (for instance, a clean movie with a sex scene), Iris will block the entire screen until the pornography is gone. Otherwise, no, it will not affect your ability to see non-porn sites.

Do you have any reviews I can read?

We don’t currently have much in the way of reviews, but our site does feature some member feedback. If you’d like to review the product, please do so! We can receive feedback through our website or the application, or you can send a direct email.
